The Los Angeles Chargers Will Host Sunday Night Football on February 4

NBC’s Sunday Night Football will air on February 4, 2018. It’s the second time in four weeks that the Los Angeles Chargers will be hosting the NFL’s primetime football game. The team finished 5-2 and was half a game behind the AFC West rival Chiefs. But they lost to the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl LIII. The team is now one win away from the playoffs.

The Los Angeles Rams will play the Miami Dolphins on “Monday Night Football” on February 4. The NFL announced that the team will play in Week 14. The Los Angeles Chargers were tied with the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC West, but they failed to make the playoffs for the fourth consecutive year. The Chicago Bears were atop the NFC North. The Philadelphia Eagles, the defending Super Bowl champions, were ranked fifth in the NFL. The Cincinnati Bengals played at the San Francisco 49ers in Week 15.

In Week 16, the Milwaukee Brewers took on the Colorado Rockies. The Philadelphia Eagles and the Miami Dolphins played in the NFL’s Week 7 and Week 8, respectively. The Los Angeles Rams played at the 2-10 Oakland Raiders in Week 14. The Washington Nationals took on the Houston Astros. The Baltimore Ravens and the Chicago Bears also played on SNF in Week 16. The Boston Red Sox and the Los Angeles Dodgers also played on SNF in Week 15.

On Sunday, January 1, 2017, the Green Bay Packers took on the Detroit Lions. The Pittsburgh Steelers and the San Francisco 49ers also played on SNF that day. The teams were announced after the Week 16 games were aired. The Packers entered the game undefeated at 6-0. The Steelers and the Lions each won their games. The Minnesota Vikings were not very successful in the 2021 season. The Minnesota Twins also did not qualify for the postseason.

The Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers were the only teams to play on SNF in 2015, but the teams are scheduled to play again on Saturday, December 23, 2016. The NFL flexed out of a matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Denver Broncos, but the matchup remained on the schedule. The NFL will also flex out of a Steelers-Jaguars matchup on November 8. The teams will play on October 30.

In the 2021 season, the Dallas Cowboys will play the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Night Football. This will be the last time the two teams will meet on the NFL’s flagship broadcast. The matchup is scheduled to air on NBC’s Peacock streaming service.

The Dallas Cowboys and the Kansas City Chiefs will also play on SNF in Week 16. The Los Angeles Chargers and the Miami Dolphins are scheduled to play on SNF in Week 18. The Baltimore Ravens and the Chicago Bears will play on SNF in Week 17. The Los Angeles Rams and the Arizona Cardinals will play on SNF in Week 1. The Cincinnati Bengals and the San Francisco 49ers will play on SNF in Week 1. The Houston Astros and the Miami Dolphins will play on SNF in Week 2. The Los Angeles Chargers and the Atlanta Braves will play on SNF in Week 6.

The Minnesota Vikings and the Washington Nationals will play on SNF in Week 16. The Los Angles Chargers and the Miami Dolphins are slated to play on SNF in Week 19. The San Diego Chargers and the New York Jets are slated to play on SNF on October 31.
