When it comes to the offense, the Jets have a number of options at their disposal. Many people thought that Michael Vick was set to be the starter and that he would be the starter until he got hurt. The Jets do have one major issue that they need to address. That is the lack of a running back. If they can’t get a running back on the field, then their passing game will suffer greatly. If you are going to bet on a passing game, you should go after Alfred Morris. You need to at least consider him as a late scratch.

Of course, the defensive unit is also in need of some help. Darrelle Revis is coming off of his suspension and he is probably the best corner that the Jets have. However, the rest of the secondary is fairly inexperienced corners can give the opposing offense a free pass.

Finally, you have to determine whether or not the Jets are better off without Michael Vick. I don’t think that any fan would ever argue against a guy that was as good as he is right now. Sure, the offense was a major issue last year, but I don’t think it was as huge of a factor as some people make it out to be. The defense is a little bit lacking, but that can be fixed.
